The
Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy (OICA) is a broad-based,
multi-issue organization that promotes programs and policies designed
to improve the health and well-being of Oklahoma’s children
and youth. Its work provides a critical link between the
provision of programs and services at the local level and the
policy-making process at the state level.
