Libraries' Annual Report Data for Fiscal Year

Interested in the statistics of public and institution library operations across Oklahoma? Visit ODL's online annual statistics reporting system.

Features are:

  • 2-year comparisons of data on the same report

  • Data back to 2000

  • download the report data in spreadsheet (csv - comma separated value) format

  • Print quality reports available from your web browser.

  • branch data available.

Perform comparisons, view individual libraries and crunch the numbers!

The statistical report comparisons are the same as the past printed report - Income, Expenditures, Collection, Staff and Performance Measures.

Each category can be viewed by individual library, by county, by city, by the eight systems only or, best of all, by population range.

Now, if you want to know how many FTEs all public libraries in the state have which serve populations of 300 to 2500, you can!

Or, what other public libraries are in your county?

A listing of staff and board names for each library and system are also available.

If you would like training or tips on how to use this feature of ODL Online, contact your regional consultant at the Office of Library Development or Cathy Van Hoy.
