About
OICA
[Vision]
Oklahoma’s
children and youth will become healthy and capable adults through
the support of caring families and communities.
The Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy (OICA) is a broad-based,
multi-issue organization that promotes programs and policies designed
to improve the health and well--being of Oklahoma’s children
and youth. OICA is a membership organization that has purposely
remained flexible and grassroots oriented to better respond to
the wide array of needs identified across our state. Its work
provides a critical link between the provision of programs and
services at the local level and the policy-making process at the
state level.
