Introduction
The Oklahoma
Department of Libraries is once again proud to partner with
the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy
(OICA) to offer downloads of the latest Oklahoma Kids Count Factbook.
This important publication gathers data from a variety of sources
to report on the well-being of children and youth in Oklahoma. State
and federal agencies, private consultants and businesses, foundations
and other organizations have contributed information and assistance
to help the OICA issue this report. The State Focus for the 2002
report is "The Welfare of Oklahoma's Children After Welfare
Reform."
