Withdrawal/Exchanges Lists

from the Federal Selective Depository Libraries Administered by the Regional Depository Library of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries

All lists are available as Adobe PDF documents, and open in a new browser window. You can download the Adobe Reader for free.

Lists are presented chronologically by the date a response is needed.

Instructions for Submitting and Using Lists

Federal Depository Libraries need to e-mail their exchange lists to Mike Cameron.

Lists must be submitted as text, RTF or Microsoft Word files attached to e-mail. Spreadsheet documents will not be accepted due to the difficulty of converting them to Adobe PDF files that are accessible to persons using assistive technology.

The text-file, Word or RTF lists must be presented as a single column, using the general format below for headings and individual items.

As a Regional Depository Library, ODL personnel will check your lists for publications that are needed in ODL's collection, then distribute the list to other libraries via this page. ODL will note any publications on a list that have been selected for inclusion in ODL's collection, and the date by which a request to the originating depository must be made.

After that response date the originating depository library may dispose of the listed publications.

If you request materials from a library's list, your library will likely have to pay the postage costs. Check with the library originating the list in regard to its shipping policy.

Report any problems with and suggestions about these procedures by e-mailing Steve Beleu, Regional Depository Librarian, Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
